Welcome to Vibe (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use
of the Vibe mobile application on iOS and Android (the “App”). By creating an account or using the
App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using Vibe.
1. About Vibe
Vibe is a platform that helps users discover events happening around them. We collect and display
event information sourced from public listings, social media, and other online platforms to make
event discovery easier and more enjoyable. While Vibe primarily serves as a platform to showcase and
promote events, it may from time to time collaborate with event organizers or host its own events.
Any such partnerships or initiatives will be clearly identified within the app.
2. Use of the App
You may use Vibe only if you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding
agreement. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your
account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Event Information and Disclaimer
Event listings displayed on Vibe are obtained from publicly available sources or third-party
platforms. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is accurate and up to
date, we do not verify or endorse event content and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or
authenticity.
Vibe is not responsible for any false, misleading, canceled, or altered events, or for any
incidents, damages, or disputes that occur in connection with attending an event. Users attend
events at their own risk.
We showcase events solely for informational and promotional purposes, without any financial
incentive or compensation from event organizers.
If you are an organizer or entity and do not wish your event to appear on Vibe, please contact us at
support@vibeapp.gr and we will promptly remove it.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or share illegal, offensive, or misleading content
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers
- Use Vibe for commercial advertising or unauthorized promotions
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these
Terms or engage in activities that may harm other users, the platform, or third parties. You may
delete your account at any time through the App’s settings.
6. Third-Party Services
Vibe may include links or integrations with third-party services, including Meta and Google Play
Services. We do not control or take responsibility for the privacy practices, terms, or content of
these third-party providers. We encourage you to review their respective terms and policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content created by Vibe (excluding event content sourced from public
listings) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part
of the App without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, participation in events, or
reliance on information displayed within Vibe.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or services.
Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes
arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Athens, Greece.
